Week 1
Weekly Objectives- The student will be able to Demonstrate correct finger placement and reaches. The student will be able to Demonstrate correct keyboarding technique. The student will be able to Input data into the various programs used in the classroom. Day 1
Week 2 Weekly Objectives- The student will be able to demonstrate the touch method of keyboarding on an alphanumeric keyboard with a minimum of 15 wpm. The student will be able to apply reviewing features of a word processor such as spell check, grammar check and thesaurus. The student will be able to prepare documents in a timely fashion without errors. The student will be able to identify commonly used peripheral devices, such as monitor, keyboard, mouse, mobile devices, scanners and cameras. Day 1

Week 3
Weekly Objectives- The student will be able to identify and apply components of correct keyboarding technique. The student will be able to use existing graphics to enhance the appearance of documents. The student will be able to customize documents using formatting such as alignment, spacing, themes, borders, and ordered and unordered lists. Day 1
Week 4 Weekly Objectives- The student will be able to create a word document and put tab stop into place where appropriate for the information. The student will be able to place leaders onto a tab stop to help align and make sense of a document and information. The student will be able to use bullets effectively in order to create organization in a document. The student will be able to change levels of bullets both forwards and backwards without questioning which key will do what. Day 1
